Appointment Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • We require you to notify our clinic 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you miss an appointment without contacting our clinic within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment.

  • Cancellation or missed appointments without contacting our office within the required time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If you miss a coupon, package, membership, or voucher booked treatment, it is considered as used and cannot be rescheduled for that month.

  • If you are late for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will attempt to accommodate you, or if possible, give you an abbreviated treatment. However, it will still count as a used treatment.

Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds for treatments based on results. Due to the variable nature of human health and skin, it is impossible to guarantee any specific results from a treatment. All treatment is undertaken at your own risk, as stated on the consent form.​​

 

​Returns of Products or Gifts

  • We do not accept returns if you change your mind, even if you have not yet opened it.

  • Gifts are not exchange or refundable.​​

 

​Promotions

  • ​​Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer or promotional voucher. No rain checks apply. No refunds or substitutions available for promotions, vouchers cannot be redeemed on promotional offers.​​

​Package Treatments & Top Up

  • Our package treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable.

  • Not subject to Vouchers or specials, and the full treatment protocol must be completed in the defined time plus one month’s leeway.​​

Vouchers, Gift Card, Package, Refine Cash Credit (RCC), Refine Royalty Point (RPP) are:

  • Non-refundable. Not redeemable for cash. Not to be sold or transferred.

  • Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

  • If you return any products you have purchased or redeem using voucher, coupon, RCC, or RRP, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.

  • They cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers and specials.

  • Voucher can only be applied to cover up to 20% of the total cost of each purchase.

  • Only one voucher can be used per visit to the clinic.

  • They are not applicable to products.​​

 

​Reaction to a Series Treatment

  • An in-clinic consultation is required to confirm a true reaction. If your therapist confirms a true reaction, we will suggest the best treatment to exchange for. We will issue an account credit for the entire series amount paid, then deduct any treatments you have already had at full price. The remaining value can be used to pay for the treatment we recommends you switch to. There are no refunds available.​​

 

Treatment Results

  • At our clinic, we understand that treatment results and longevity can vary from patient to patient. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on treatments.
